This beautiful and devinely delicious cake is inspired by the viral Dubai flavours taking the world by storm at the moment.
Inside the cake is a rich chocolate sponge, filled with a pistachio buttercream enriched with pistachio butter. The outside is smothered with a decadent chocolate buttercream, with chocolate blobs around the edges and chopped pistachios around the base of the cake and sprinkled on top.
Regular height is 2 layers of sponge sandwiched with buttercream.
